Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to promote our ICT solutions and products to potential clients
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and market research.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, offering exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and value of our ICT solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to ensure our solutions remain competitive.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and lead progress.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and management teams based on client needs and market insights.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail sales, with a strong understanding of sales techniques and client management.
  • Knowledge and experience in selling ICT solutions, products, or services (hardware, software, networking, etc.).
  • Demonstrated ability to generate leads, nurture relationships, and close sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence customers effectively.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • A passion for technology and staying updated on the latest ICT trends.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and the ability to adapt to changing market conditions

Preferred:

  • A background in a similar sales or marketing role within the ICT sector.
  • Experience in B2B sales, including dealing with corporate clients or organizations.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
